About HLCC

HLCC Construction Company was established in 2001. Partners Travis Holmquist and Chad Hare have managed the company from inception. HLCC specializes in custom residential building and remodel projects, along with commercial construction, in the resort community of Steamboat Springs, and surrounding counties of northwest Colorado. 

As a mountain-based contractor since our inception over a decade ago, HLCC know the ropes like few others. We have built in difficult to access mountain areas, dealt with extreme mountain weather related conditions and are familiar with government agencies and their criteria throughout the regions we build in. There is a focus on sustainable building practices, both on projects built, and what's used to build them. And, most importantly, we understand what it takes to build residential, commercial and public buildings. Our vast experience and diverse portfolio demonstrates our multi-faceted capabilities.
